MIUI 11 is the biggest software updater for Xiaomi users. Available for a variety of Xiaomi phones, the latest MIUI update brings a host of new features and optimisations. According to reports, Xiaomi is now going to enhance the MIUI experience with three new features.

THE FIRST FEATURE : FOCUS MODE

Digital Wellbeing is one of the trending features in Android lately. MIUI 11, as such, has focused a lot on providing the users with features that ensure a healthy lifestyle. Joining that list will be a new Focus Mode. Using focus mode, users will be able to restrict themselves to make just the emergency calls and use some camera functions (like taking a quick shot). The timings for Focus Mode can be set as per user preference, ranging from 20 minutes all the way up to 90 minutes.

SECOND FEATURE :  Vientiane screen custom image

MIUI 11 brought about the dynamic lock screen feature that has so far received a lot of appreciation from the users. Now, the company aims to take it a notch further. After the upcoming update, users will be able to add custom images as the screen pattern. Moreover, the update will also bring about emoji support for the same (which is currently in beta).

THIRD FEATURE : Class schedule

The third feature that will be rolled out with the upcoming MIUI 11 update will benefit the students a lot. The feature (dubbed Class Schedule) will integrate Xiaomi’s Mi Calendar and its in-house virtual assistant dubbed Xiao Ai to keep a track of one’s classes and time table. The user can set the schedule for 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks.
